Cumbrian warehouse up for grabs

A WAREHOUSE in Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria is to be sold by Gyrodata.

The firm has instructed the industrial agency team at CBRE in Manchester to market the 33,882sq ft industrial facility at Meeting Industrial Park.

It is a 7.5 acre site comprising a modern detached industrial warehouse with a landscaped secure yard and approximately 4.5 acres of unsurfaced expansion land.

The unit contains ground and first floor offices along with substantial car parking.

The park is on the A590 on Park Road in Barrow-in-Furness on the coast of Cumbria. Meeting Industrial Park is well connected to all national and overseas destinations with Barrow Docks just 3 miles away and Junction 36 of the M6 motorway within a half hour drive.

Barrow-in-Furness has seen significant expansion in recent years with long term investment in the energy and shipbuilding sectors.

Local occupiers include BAE Systems, GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly Clark, Sellafield Ltd, Pirelli, United Biscuits, McBride, James Fisher, Siemens and L-3 Communications.
