School Letting Solutions going for growth

A BUSINESS which leases school facilities to community groups during non-school hours is expanding its customer base.

School Lettings Solutions offers schools, academies and colleges management services for hiring out their facilities to the local community during evenings, weekends and school holidays.

The Bolton-headquartered firm, was first set up in 2011, now employs more than 250 people across the country and helps 82 schools and colleges with their out-of-hours facilities management.

Its services cost partner schools and colleges nothing as it takes an income split from the facility hire revenue that it develops and manages.

Scott Warrington, director of School Lettings Solutions, said: “We are an outsourcing solutions business for communities and schools. We know that schools have fantastic facilities including theatres, sports pitches and halls that can be used by community groups of all sizes, but often schools just aren’t able to support with staff to accommodate these groups outside of school hours. That’s where we come in.

“In the months ahead we are looking to grow our customer base with new schools.”

School Lettings Solutions recently moved its banking facilities to NatWest.

Relationship manager Phil Saunders said: “The team at School Lettings Solutions has a proven track record in growing the business and deliver outstanding service for their customers.”
