Plans tabled for £185m development near railway station

PLANS have been submitted for a £185m mixed-use development near the recently redeveloped Victoria station in Manchester.

Urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments in partnership with Network Rail has put forward a master plan which has been prepared for the 2.5-acre site on Corporation Street - currently a surface level car park.

The proposed development will feature three new buildings, a 150,000sq ft, Grade A, eight-storey office, as well as two residential buildings.
