SBI launches revamped branch in city

THE State Bank of India UK has opened its renovated Manchester branch.

SBI says the facility at 18 Carlton House, Albert Square, further aligns its high street presence while enabling greater access to the bank’s suite of savings products, buy-to-let mortgages, safe deposit boxes, business accounts and NRI services such as remittances to India.

Sanjiv Chadha, regional head of SBI UK said: “The ongoing development of our UK branch network is part of SBI’s growth strategy.

“The new look and feel of our branches in the UK has been designed with our customers’ needs in mind and helps us cater to them face to face efficiently and smoothly.

“Our growth in the UK will improve accessibility for our loyal customers and will hopefully attract even more.”
