In or out?  In

Why?

Remaining in the EU will be much safer for UK businesses as it will allow us to operate within Europe under the same laws that we have done for years. It’s still uncertain how a Leave vote would affect businesses, but I believe it could create barriers between European countries and make it more difficult for UK businesses to operate as easily in these areas.

What would a Brexit mean for your business?

Countries within the European Union are all currently answerable to the same rules and regulations. Without these safeguards in place it could be more difficult for UK licensors to protect their intellectual property in these territories. This will probably result in 360 Audit being kept even busier protecting our client’s rights. If there was a Leave vote, the industry would have to adjust to operating within differing legal regimes. UK-based licensors could face restrictions on the expansion of their portfolio of brands within Europe. Also, it could become more difficult to maintain the same level of visibility in these European markets and their brands risk losing market share.
