Big push on for One Didsbury Point

CBRE’s Manchester office agency team has been appointed alongside Cushman & Wakefield on One Didsbury Point near Manchester city centre following its acquisition by Titanium Real Estate.

One Didsbury Point is a four storey Grade A office offering accommodation from 3,840sq ft to 26,930sq ft over large floor plates of 13,465sq ft.

The property is available to let at a quoting rent of £18.50psf and offers Grade A space with air conditioning, raised floors and a dramatic full-height glazed atrium entrance.

The office building occupies a prominent position fronting the A5103 Princess Road, the primary arterial route linking Manchester city centre and the regional motorway network. Withington Metrolink station is within a few minutes’ walk and provides a 15 minute journey time to Manchester city centre.
