More than just floss and gloss at dental practice

TIMPERLEY Village Dental Practice in Cheshire has undergone a major refurbishment.

The makeover of the 80-year-old practice on Stockport Road follows its takeover by Dr Vijay Aggarwal.

Aggarwal said: “We prioritised the clinical area first and refurbished the two surgeries. As the practices grew we installed a third surgery to cope with the demand. It was a lot of work but it was something practice desperately needed.”

Following the completion of the final phase of works, a new reception area was, and communal areas updated while a downstairs toilet was also installed.

The revamp was backed by funding support from NatWest.

Timperley Village Dentists employs 13 people and cares for more than 5,000 patients. The majority are NHS patients but Aggarwal said it is looking to expand the private business in the future.

He said: “We are finally at a stage where we can do more as a practice to offer more options for our patients.

My purpose and aim throughout is to be able to provide a dental practice that can deliver the best patient care using the best and latest materials in a friendly and professional manner.”

NatWest Relationship manager Janet Wedderburn said: “Timperley Village Dental Practice is a fantastic local business. Vijay is committed to providing the best care possible for his patients and this has been a driving fore in the refurbishment works. We wish the business every success for the future.”
