Growing law firm on look out for more talent

THE residential property team at North West law firm Napthens has announced it is recruiting for new members as it reveals significant growth.

Three new members of staff have joined the team – conveyancing solicitor Nicole Crisham, conveyancing executives Hope Carter and Chris Critchley, and legal assistant Harrison Holmes.

Now Sarah Barnes, head of the residential property team, has revealed the department will continue to actively recruit new staff during 2016 as it continues to meet a growing demand for services.

The law firm has expanded in recent months, opening new offices in Southport and Kendal. This expansion combined with an active property market has seen the number of new conveyancing instructions received by the team continue to grow.

Barnes said: “Opening new offices has given us new markets to build our client-base and as word has spread we’ve seen this reflected in volumes of new work.

“We are in the fortunate position that this growth looks set to continue, so we will be continuing to recruit for both senior and junior roles.

“We have a strong reputation for the quality of our conveyancing service and our programme of recruitment of staff across our offices ensures our clients have access to the level of advice and service they have come to expect.”
