Leases up for grabs on two revamped units

BARCLAYS has appointed the Manchester office of CBRE to project manage the fit-out of 93,818sq ft of industrial accommodation on Roundthorn Industrial Estate in South Manchester and to launch the two refurbished units to market for lease.
 
The self-contained 4.4-acre site is in the heart of the established Roundthorn Industrial Estate which is accessed off Dallimore Road in South Manchester.

Barclays is investing in an extensive refurbishment programme on the two warehouse units of 56,486sq ft and 37,33sq ft which will be available to let, either to a single occupier or two separate tenants.

The premises are within two miles of the A5103 Princess Parkway and Junction 3a of the M56 motorway, providing direct access to Manchester International Airport and the M60 orbital motorway.
