Associate Alan O’Sullivan and senior surveyor Louise Pilgrim have joined the team after transferring from Bilfinger GVA offices in Bristol and Leeds respectively.

She will be dealing with investment clients such as Goldman Sachs, Cerberus European Servicing and Prestbury Investment Holdings.

As well as Pilgrim, Joel Lawson and Simon Price also join as senior surveyors.

Lawson, who previously worked for The Co-operative Group, will be working with the retail team, liaising with clients such as RBS, ASDA and Staples.

Joining from Capita Real Estate, Price’s role is in the property management team working with a wide range of properties from mixed use retail and offices to large logistics warehouses.

Ben Woodcock, Jack Nield and Jennifer Mallon have been appointed as graduate surveyors working in the valuation department, energy and natural resources team and the retail, offices and industrial teams respectively.

Regional senior director at Bilfinger GVA’s Liverpool office, Stephen Cowperthwaite said: “We are delighted to welcome a wealth of new talent and experience to strengthen our growing team.

“Alan and Louise bring their existing knowledge of Bilfinger GVA and our clients while Joel and Simon bring a range of new skills and expertise.

“As for our graduates, we pride ourselves on our training at Bilfinger GVA. Ben, Jack and Jennifer will all have the opportunities to work on some of the biggest client accounts and gain valuable experience as they work towards their RICS qualifications.”
