New business park Momentum living up to its name

PRESTON-based Roundhouse Properties has completed contracts to sell or lease all of its 42 modern business units at Momentum Business Centre@South Rings at Bamber Bridge, south of the city, just 10 months after starting its construction programme.

It concludes a successful period of lettings and sales across the development during phases two and three of the build, as a result, the 33,032sq ft Momentum business centre portfolio should very soon be fully occupied.

The recent deals represent two lets and 18 sales with companies choosing the Momentum business centre to expand their organisations.
Tenants leasing units include campervan conversion experts Rhino installs, which has have taken on a 1,250sq ft plus mezzanine space, security specialist Traders Warehouse and GPS car tracker fitters Trackerfit.
                                                    
Purchases see; Forepoint, a digital agency acquiring a 2,516sq ft unit and Whittle Graphics, a vehicle vinyl wrapping company join online camera retailer, Foto Sense and Ad Options, a promotional merchandise company who have taken on a 729 sq ft unit, are also on site.

Thirteen of the units attracted investors, who have seen a good return on their rental portfolio, with strong tenancy occupation rates.
