Beauty Bay moves into bigger warehouse

ONLINE beauty products company Beauty Bay is expanding into a 60,000sq ft warehouse at Centenary Park in Trafford Park, Manchester, on a 10-year lease.

Acting on behalf of the Duchy of Lancaster, WHR Property Consultants has secured the deal at £5.50 per sq ft.

Simon Hampson, partner at WHR, said: “This was the final unit to be let on the Park and despite it being fairly complex owing to the tight timescales required by Beauty Bay, which was expanding from its previous unit in Trafford Park, we all worked together to ensure a successful outcome and the deal was completed in less than six weeks.”
