Payzone moves headquarters to Cheshire Business Park

CONSUMER payments specialist Payzone UK is moving its Northwich, Cheshire headquarters from Gladbrook Park in the town to nearby Admiral Court at Cheshire Business Park.

The company has signed a 10-year lease for one of the new self-contained offices totaling 5,088sq ft.

Admiral Court is the latest phase of CDP’s Cheshire Business Park scheme comprising 14 units ranging in size from 3,085sq ft to 7,082sq ft and is also home to occupiers including Comms Care, Parker Design and Dechra Pharmaceuticals.

Cushman & Wakefield secured the deal. Quoting rental  rental levels for the office buildings are at £18.50 per sq ft.  Fifield Glyn is the joint letting agent on the Park.

Jonathan Baucher, partner at Cushman & Wakefield said: “This is the final office unit currently available at Cheshire Business Park, which has proven to be one of the most successful new business destinations in Cheshire.
 
“Despite only achieving practical completion in July of this year, the business park has continued to attract strong occupier interest and we are currently finalizing our plans for the next phase of  development.
 
“The recent addition of additional local amenities – including Co-Op and Subway has further enhanced the offering at the Park.”

Williams Commercial represented Payzone which has also recently taken space at at Orbit Developments’ Highbank House in Stockport town centre.
