The overall scheme will provide up to 970 jobs for local residents and ongoing investment.

PRP provided both landscape and architectural proposals for the scheme.
Frances Chaplin, partner in PRP’s Manchester office said: “Working on this complex and interesting project has been great for our Manchester team, Camel Creek is a fantastic client that came to PRP via an existing relationship and we’re looking forward to helping deliver the project now that it’s received planning approval.

“The properties we’ve designed are quirky and luxurious and we don’t think there is anything similar in the UK. It will be great to see them full of holiday makers in the future.”

John Broome of Camel Creek said: “It’s fantastic that we’ve achieved planning consent for our vision for the new park. Our plans have been a long time in the making and this is great news, not just for us as an organisation, but also for the local economy in terms of job creation and investment. We’re keen to get on and deliver the new facilities as soon as possible.”
