Anderson Bevan swallows Warrington Town Centre Ltd
Firm takes over portfolio of local and national SME clients

CHESHIRE-based property management company Anderson Bevan has acquired town centre serviced office provider Warrington Business Centre Ltd.

Warrington Business Centre has been established for more than 30 years, providing premium serviced offices, virtual offices and full business support facilities to a range of local and national SME clients in the heart of Warrington.

Anderson Bevan has a wealth of experience managing such buildings, currently operating the elegant Winnington Hall in Northwich as a serviced office space, conference centre and wedding venue.
 
Myerson Solicitors advised Anderson Bevan on the deal.

The team at Myerson was led by corporate commercial partner Scott Sands, who was assisted by Jeremy Lee, a commercial property partner, Chris Wilson, a corporate commercial solicitor and trainee solicitor Charlotte Hook.

The sellers were advised by Davis Blank Furniss which was led by Property Partner Richard Hamilton and corporate partner Andy McNish who was assisted by solicitor Jessica Greenhalgh.
