Dust extraction firm on the charge with £595K acquisition of Rhino Court

JOINT commercial property agents Buckley Commercial and Canning O’Neill have announced the sale of an office building at Rhino Court in Hazel Grove, near Stockport to DELTA NEU, in a deal worth £595,000.

DELTA NEU is a UK subsidiary of French company SFPI Paris, which provides dust extraction, ventilation, filtration and waste extraction systems. The company is relocating from Newby Road to acquire 9 Rhino Court, a 4,112sq ft self-contained building.

Rhino Court off Bramhall Moor Lane, close to the A6, comprises nine modern, detached office buildings and is home to businesses including Prest Financial Planning, Key Teach and Piggot & Whitfield and was owned by College Sewing Machine Parts Pension Scheme.

The acquisition follows on from the sale of Unit 7 Rhino Court (10,700 sq ft) in June 2016.

David Buckley at Buckley Commercial said: “DELTA NEU has struck an excellent deal with our client in acquiring this property. The purchase further underlines the strong demand we are seeing for freeholds in the South Manchester / North West market; we have had strong interest in the remaining unit from businesses looking to acquire their own property at a competitive price.”

Michaela Duffy, company secretary at DELTA NEU, said: “This is an exciting development in the UK supported by the Group.  Rhino Court is an impressive office complex and moving there will reflect our business today.”

Buckley Commercial and Canning O’Neill advised College Sewing Machine Parts Pension Scheme.

DELTA NEU was unrepresented.
