Sales team at housing group celebrates £1.5m profit

Plumlife, the sales specialists at Manchester-based Great Places Housing Group, is celebrating after 2016 proved to be its most successful year to-date.
    
The team secured a record profit of more than £1.5m, with 150 shared ownership completions, 29 outright sales and 40 staircasing purchases achieved from April to December.
 
Standout success also included sell-out off-plan reservations at Leesbrook View in Oldham, The Acorns in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, and Canal Side Way in Timperley.

The team secured a contract to offer sales and marketing services for two schemes in Openshaw for One Manchester, the east Manchester-based housing association. One Manchester was impressed with Plumlife’s reputation and expertise.

Plumlife offers first-time buyers new-build homes, available for sale through home ownership, Help to Buy schemes including shared ownership and equity loans.

Great Places Housing Group builds new homes and also works in partnership with the UK’s top house builders.

Developments are available all over the North West including Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.
