5 things to do this weekend in the North West

The Christie Tower Run
Help beat cancer this weekend by taking part in The Christie Tower Run. Head along to Manchester’s iconic Beetham Tower on Sunday to conquer the skyscraper for The Christie before enjoying the incredible views after you reach the top with a glass of bubbly in Cloud 23. Registration is £20 and you must raise a minimum sponsorship of £175. The money raised at The Christie Tower Run will help fund a Integrated Procedures Unit at the hospital which will have a huge impact on cancer patients throughout the North West. Find out more here.

One of the biggest bands in the world, Kings of Leon, are set to take to the stage at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on Saturday night. Liverpool International Jazz Festival
The Capstone Theatre in Liverpool is hosting a jazz festival this weekend. The festival, which is in the heart of the city centre, is now in its fourth year and welcomes jazz musicians from around the world to their stage in Liverpool.
