Construction company shows the right Altitude

MCR Property Group has unveiled Bowmer and Kirkland as the latest tenant to sign up to Altitude on Atlas Business Park, near Manchester Airport.

The construction company has relocated from Christie Fields to take 5,652sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Altitude comprises a 45,500sq ft three storey Grade A office building. The scheme benefits from immediate access to the motorway network and neighbouring Peel Hall metrolink stop. It is also home to engineering firm, Simon Carves Limited.

Paul Sykes, commercial director for Bowmer and Kirkland’s North West region, said: “Our business in the North West has seen significant growth over the past two years which in line with our secured contracts looks set to continue in the short to medium term which has resulted in us outgrowing our current premises.

“Altitude is ideally placed for our business with easy access to both Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding areas and provides ample parking provision for our staff and visitors.”

Rob Prescott of Cushman & Wakefield, joint agents for the scheme with Canning O’Neill, added: “We are pleased to have completed this deal to Bowmer & Kirkland which is testament to the quality of the building.

“Altitude offers high quality refurbished office space with an unrivalled car parking ratio in close proximity to public transport and the added bonus of Enterprise Zone Status. The letting team has a number of interested parties in the remaining space and we hope to secure more lettings in the near future.”
