14 NW companies in top 100 best firms to work for
Up to 14 North West companies feature in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for list in the mid-sized category.
Telecoms reseller Chess, based at Alderley Edge in Cheshire and boasting 457 staff, is the highest ranked company in the region at number two on the list, followed closely at number four by new entry, telephone answering service Moneypenny, headquartered in Wrexham with 472 staff.

Manchester-based internet hosting company UKFast with a workforce of 291 is at number five, with city and sector rival ANS Group at number seven with a headcount of 252.
The list is the 17th annual survey and its appearance each year is a high-profile event in the nation’s business calendar.
Knutsford, Cheshire-based pubs and restaurant group The New World Trading Company, with a workforce of 887 and turnover of £30m is number 10 on the list.
