Heading up the North West Corporate Finance team, Peter has experience of a wide range of sell and buy side corporate finance transactions, including MBOs and corporate acquisitions and disposals.

He has experience across a range of sectors including engineering, leisure and support services. He has a particular specialisation in energy and has completed a number of transactions in the nuclear sector.

Prior to joining Mazars LLP in 2010, Peter was a Partner at BDO Stoy Hayward and a Director at KPMG, and has over 10 years experience on strategy, private equity and M&A issues. Peter's qualifications include BSc (Hons), ACA and he is a member of the ICAEW's Corporate Finance faculty.
