Clive Drinkwater is the regional director for UK Trade and Investment in the North West Region, responsible for helping North West businesses achieve success in overseas markets.UK Trade & Investment is the government organisation that support companies both in the UK doing business internationally and overseas enterprises seeking to locate in the UK.

Clive had taken up his previous role following extensive private sector experience in international trade, working in industry and selling to over 90 countries worldwide. He had particular experience in Asia and having gained first hand experience during spells living and working in Indonesia, Malaysia and China.

Clive has a degree in Business Studies and post graduate qualifications in Marketing and Management Studies
