Yorkshire Bank's North West-based Corporate & Structured Finance team is a leading provider of corporate banking, acquisition finance, corporate real estate and corporate asset finance. The bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Australia Bank, one of the world's largest financial services organisations.

The CSF team originates deals from its contacts throughout the North West and serves businesses across the whole of the UK. The team was established just four years ago and has built an enviable reputation for deal making and funding corporates.

On a national level the Corporate & Structured Finance Team team operates from seven regional offices across the UK. Yorkshire Bank covers the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire & North East with Clydesdale Bank covering London, the South and Scotland. The national CSF portfolio currently consists of total facilities exceeding £4 billion.

Yorkshire Bank is fast becoming the dealmaker of choice in the acquisition finance market and also has an increasingly strong presence in the corporate arena. In the acquisition finance market, while CSF remain focused on the £5m to £150m market (EV), the team is increasingly undertaking larger deals.

In the corporate sector CSF are providing both bi-lateral and club/syndicated facilities for established corporates with turnover in excess of £50m. • Refinancing of Manchester Airport Group, the UK's largest British-owned airport operator. Yorkshire Bank was one of seven banks each providing £40 million.

• Backing the RJD Partners and management team buy-in of Scottish holiday park operator Dunham Leisure Ltd with Yorkshire bank providing over £8.5 million

• One of four banks providing £90 million to Phoenix IT Group plc, one of the UK's leading IT service providers

• The £35 million refinancing of Begbies Traynor,, the largest insolvency and restructuring business in the UK

• One of three banks providing t75 million for the refinancing of Daisy Group plc, the telecoms and data services business
