Craven Group Means Business with Scaffolding & Property Expansion
Manchester- based company The Craven Group is expanding its business, with the launch of its Birmingham scaffolding operation and extension into sales for its property operation, Craven and Company.
Investing over £150k into the two arms of the business, which includes a complete company re-brand, refurbishment of both headquarters and a substantial investment in materials for the scaffolding offering, The Craven Group is already seeing a boost in business. Craven Scaffolding has netted a clutch of key account wins with major builders and civil engineering brands, resulting in 50% increase in turnover year on year to the end of 2017. Craven and Company is celebrating a steady stream of new instructions and property sales since its 2017 launch.
A family owned and run business since 1984, The Craven Group – which specialises in the property, scaffolding and construction sectors – has appointed Steve Binfield as the Birmingham Area Manager, with Branch Manager Wendy Lamb heading up its Craven and Company property sales division, located in the Sale town centre.
Commenting on the company’s recent expansion and plans for future growth, founder of The Craven Group Dermot Craven, said: “We’ve spent the last year working really hard, developing both arms of the business, with an ambitious new roll out and recruitment drive, adding several new recruits to the team.
