Leading recruiter adds new Manchester office

Leading specialist recruitment franchise, Driver Hire Nationwide, is opening a new office in Manchester. Based in Whitefield, Driver Hire Manchester West, will cover the following postcode areas: M3, 5-7, 25-30, 38, 45-46. The territory includes Atherton, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Salford, Swinton and Worsley.

The owners, who are also new to Driver Hire’s franchise network, are Monique Gadd and Glenn Knight. They both have a wealth of business experience in management, customer service and sales.

Before opting to buy their Driver Hire franchise, Monique worked in human resources, event management and financial services. Glenn is an accountant by profession, however most recently he ran his own highly successful removals and storage business.

The UK’s largest specialist supplier, Driver Hire provides temporary and permanent drivers and other logistics staff to local and national organisations in both the public and private sector. If they’re short of staff – perhaps because of illness, holidays or seasonal demand – Driver Hire will supply them with a suitable replacement.

Understandably, Monique and Glenn – who live in Bury – are highly excited about the purchase of their Driver Hire franchise and the many opportunities it offers.

“Driver Hire has a strong brand and an excellent reputation nationwide.” says Monique. “I’m really looking forward to contacting potential customers to tell them how our round the clock, 365 days a year service can help them.”

Glenn adds: “Manchester is a buoyant business area. That’s why we decided to establish our new business here. Because we’re a franchise we can deliver a truly local service backed by the strength of a national company.”

Welcoming Monique and Glenn to Driver Hire’s nationwide network, Graham Duckworth, Driver Hire’s Franchise Sales Director said: “Throughout the purchase process Monique and Glenn’s professionalism has confirmed that they will be a perfect addition to our nationwide network. It’s great to have them on-board.”
