North-west consultancy delivers new marketing positioning for logistics company

North-west B2B strategic marketing consultancy, Intermedia has worked with Tuffnells Parcels Express to transform its marketing strategy and develop its brand positioning. Tuffnells’ new focus is on its local service provision – namely, no call centres, no mass sorting hubs and no strangers – highlighted in the new Tuffnells’ website, also created by Intermedia.

With 37 depots and over 900 vehicles Tuffnells Parcels Express is one of the UK’s leading business-to-business distribution specialists. However, the business recognised a need to develop its marketing offering, taking the company away from a sales-led approach and starting a dialogue with existing and lapsed customers as well as new prospects through a series of targeted direct mail campaigns.
