On Yer Bike

Bennet Verby Accountants, JLD Corporate Insolvency and Gorvins Solicitors in Stockport have joined together and all taken part in a 50 mile bike ride last Friday. The Spring Cycling event set off from The Church Inn in Mobberley, cycling through parts of Knutsford, Macclesfield and Wilmslow and involved over 40 cyclists.

Bernard Verby CEO and founder of Bennett Very Accountants in Stockport said: “there is a huge enthusiasm for cycling at present and this event is a fantastic way of bringing together, clients, guests and members of our teams.

With a demanding 50 miles on the bike with a few gruelling hills, the three hour ride took the various teams through some of the most beautiful parts of Cheshire which was a welcome break and fresh air for all involved. Everyone returned to a well-earned drink, food and a chance to unwind with fellow colleagues. The day was a massive success with everyone taking part looking forward to further outdoor corporate events.

Amy Townsend of Ultimate UK said: “what a day, we have had such a fantastic time and it’s been great meeting and cycling with everyone. We have been so lucky with the weather and the event was very well organised. I’m looking forward to the next cycling event later in the summer.”
