Trafford-based Grafenia PLC announces 100th Nettl location

Nettl, the network of neighbourhood web studios owned by Trafford-based Grafenia plc, is celebrating after opening its 100th location in the UK.

Eight new studios have been officially opened in February. The most recent locations have been in Inverness, Hereford and Sunderland. The latest site in North Shields claimed the kudos of being the 100th Nettl studio in the UK.

Peter Gunning, CEO of Grafenia plc, the people behind the Nettl network said: “We’re really pleased to welcome so many new partners to the Nettl family. We’re proud to bring talented and interesting characters together and to grow our businesses even further.”

Nettl helps small and medium-sized businesses to do more online and get more from their promotional budgets. “We help businesses get started with ecommerce and do the things their own clients want to do online, like make bookings or buy stuff. We do complex things like linking a physical shop’s website to their in-store EPOS till and inventory management system. We make websites which work well on mobile and shops that are designed to sell on mobiles. With over 100 creative teams in our network, we can really the harness the national knowledge to get quicker results for clients and more from their budget.”

Nettl isn’t just online promotion, it’s about offline marketing too. They make and sell a wide range of print, expo displays and signage from their advanced centralised production facility in Trafford Park, Manchester. “Our new range of fabric expo displays, soft signage and fabric furniture is really taking off. Businesses are seeing the new possibilities that printed fabric offers – it’s lightweight, flexible and displays can be put up in minutes”.

To show these new fabric displays to their potential, Nettl recently opened a new Business Store in central Birmingham. “We’re showing these expo displays in a setting that feels more like a gallery or boutique hotel than print shop. Clients love it. They’re inspired and quickly realising that these next generation displays can make eye-catching expo stands or even be used to pimp offices and make them a nicer place to work.” Nettl are now looking for sites in Manchester and Liverpool to bring the Business Store format to.
