Wilton Developments secures key deal to bring Rentalcars.com to 42-44 Fountain Street, Manchester

Wilton Developments has secured a deal which will see Rentalcars.com occupy the entire office space in its recently remodelled seven-story 42-22 Fountain Street, in the heart of Manchester business core.

The worldwide car hire comparison company, Rentalcars.com, has taken 22,100sq ft of space at £23 per sq ft, leaving only the ground floor café/restaurant available in this highly prominent corner location.

The deal follows Wilton’s recent full refurbishment and remodel of the 26,000 sq ft building; redeveloping the ground floor for restaurant and coffee shop use and creating a new glass fronted two-storey height atrium as a reception to the six floors of high quality ‘best in class’ office suites.
