Digital advertiser targets coffee crowd

DIGITAL screen advertising network Simply Screens has partnered with a Birmingham business district coffee shop to promote client products and services to queuing customers.

Customers at Cafe Costes on Newhall Street are to be targeted via on screen advertising from, initially, Hush Hair, Ink Tree, The Birmingham Small Business Centre and the Whitewall gallery.

Other advertisers will be announced in due course.

Tom Smith, founder of Simply Screens said: “Cafe Costes was chosen as it’s in the heart of the Colmore Business District with more than 500 surrounding companies making it the perfect place to promote local businesses.”

Graham Hollway from Ink Tree commented: “It’s exciting to be involved with a new media in advertising. Ink Tree looks forward to a long association with Simply Screens to promote our new design and print business.”
