We are a leading UK property advisor with a major presence in the Midlands, providing a comprehensive range of property solutions to owners, occupiers, investors, lenders and developers.
GVA began life in Birmingham in 1840. Today we're the largest office in the industry outside London, with some 350 staff, offering over 20 specialist disciplines and seamless, best-in-class advice to clients Midlands-wide.
Over the last twelve months our teams have prepared and implemented property strategies that have enabled real savings for both public and private sectors. We have both large and specialist resources capable of supporting the desired pace of change, delivering results on time, every time.
Although market and economic conditions continue to present their challenges, our energy is undimmed. Over 20% of our office ran in the 2010 Birmingham Half Marathon, raising almost £19,000 for charity; and it's this same team effort that we apply to our approach to clients and business.
