WARWICK-based IM Properties has appointed Adrian Clarke to the position of finance director.
Mr Clarke joins the developer from the real estate and construction team at accountants Baker Tilly where he led the firm’s southern region activities.
His experience in the property sector includes more than 10 years with BDO and his new role will encompasses overseeing IM’s financial functions alongside consolidating his role with group treasury director Mike Adams who retires at the end of the year.
Mr Clarke trained and qualified as an accountant with Moores Rowland in London before joining BDO Stoy Hayward in 1999 as part of the merger of the two firms.
For the past eight years, he has focussed on the real estate and construction sector.
