WARWICKSHIRE data networking consultancy UKSolutions has merged with Sussex-based connectivity specialist NetworkFlow.

UKS said the deal, which has been enabled through a private equity investment from Penta Capital, represented another significant step forward for the business.NetworkFlow is based in Crawley and provides high-bandwidth connectivity solutions for enterprise through its own next generation network.
