Recruitment firm relocates to city centre to support growth

A Birmingham recruitment firm has relocated to new offices in the heart of the city centre to better accommodate growth.

Singh & Jones has moved in to offices at 24 Bennetts Hill in a deal brokered by property agents Bond Wolfe on behalf of building owner, Real Estate Investors.

The fast-growing recruitment firm has agreed a five-year lease on a 980 sq ft office on the third floor.

Singh & Jones joins a host of other similar recruitment firms in the building, including AM2PM Recruitment Solutions, Solutions Recruitment, Live Recruitment, Wa Recruitment and Capital Outsourcing Group.

Non-recruitment tenants are Punch Taverns and Specsavers.

Richard Horwell, of Bond Wolfe’s commercial agency department, said: “24 Bennetts Hill is slowly becoming the recruitment hub of Birmingham city centre.”

Singh & Jones operates on a national scale, specialising in the facade and building envelope, elevating work platforms, structural engineering and architecture sector.

It finds roles for project designers, draughtsman, technicians, quantity surveyors, site managers and similar construction industry operatives.
