Elevate Property Group unveils its latest Birmingham apartment scheme

Tennant Street Lofts

The property group behind some of Birmingham’s most exclusive residential schemes has revealed details of its latest project.

Elevate Property Group, has already completed and sold Concord House, Queensway House and St Paul’s House in the city, is set to develop 40 luxury, loft-style, two bed apartments in Tennant Street, near to Brindleyplace.
The project will be the St Pauls Square-based firm’s fifth project in two years.

The firm is currently nearing completion on the 99-apartment Honduras Wharf development, which has almost sold out.

The company was responsible for the city’s most expensive apartment when the penthouse at Concord House on Holloway Head was sold for £1.8m.

Managing director Steve Dodd said the new development, dubbed Tennant Street Lofts, was intended to capitalise on high demand for apartments in the city.

“It lies parallel to Broad Street and is a short walk from Brindleyplace, The Mailbox and the new HSBC retail banking division currently under construction,” he said.

“It is ideally placed in a city that is currently rated the most popular destination for Londoners wishing to make a new life outside of the capital.”

Ten of the 40 apartments include a balcony each and sizes range from 651 sq ft to 834 sq ft.

The development will feature a stylish reception area and includes on-site secure parking.

Elevate Property’s application for a reserved matters planning consent is currently being considered by Birmingham City Council.

Rickett Architect and JLQS project managers are working closely with the planning authority to deliver a prompt decision, possibly as soon as May.

“Birmingham is clearly a city on the up and we are excited to be involved in one of the most vibrant periods in its history for inner city regeneration,” added Mr Dodd.

“We have a number of new deals agreed across the city and the wider West Midlands and we hope to bring these forward as soon as we can to meet the evident demand for quality living space.”

Selling agents are Knight Frank. Prices are expected to be from £250,000.
