A Staffordshire recruitment agency has secured funding to support the expansion of the business.

Cannock-based new4all recruitment, which is owned by husband and wife team John and Sarah Newall, has secured the funding from Barclays.

The finance package will enable the company to expand its services into more sectors and as part of the expansion, the company will be restructured and become new4all recruitment group.

The business was founded in 2013 by Mr Newall, who has a background in recruitment having worked for some well-known companies in the sector. Initially the business operated from the couple’s home and concentrated on the placement of warehouse and logistics positions.

By August of the same year, the company moved into its first commercial premises in Cannock.

Today the business employs six people and operates throughout the country and across a wide range of sectors including industrial and commercial office personnel.

The business’ clients include blue chip companies, and during the last financial year, it has placed a record number of people into permanent positions.

Commenting on the expansion, Mr Newall said: “We are really pleased with the development of our business and our expansion into new sectors. Our focus over the coming 12 months will be on more niche sectors including healthcare and education. The funding facility from Barclays will help us with this strategic approach.”

Mark Kerr, business development manager at Barclays said: “Having taken the brave step into the world of self-employment, John and Sarah have worked really hard to make a success of their business. They have a strong vision for the future of the business and we’re only too pleased to be playing a part by offering the financial assistance required to take the business to the next level.”
