Training company agrees sale and leaseback deal on offices

A Worcestershire office building has changed hands in a new six figure deal.

Commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has completed the sale and leaseback of Horizons House, Vine Street, Evesham on behalf of management and leadership training company, Active Learning and Development.

The 1,797 sq ft, two-storey self-contained office building has been bought by a private investor for £215,000. It has been leased back to the training company on a five-year lease at a rent of £16,700 per annum.

Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, completed the deal.

She said: “This is a good deal for our client as it frees up some capital for their business and a good deal for the private investor as it gives him an immediate occupier and yield on his investment.”

GJS Dillion has offices in Droitwich, Worcester and Bromsgrove.
