Midlands property consultancy Harris Lamb marked its 25th anniversary with a reception for staff and clients at Bank restaurant in Birmingham.

Founded in May 1992 by Neil Harris and Andrew Lamb, the firm has grown over the last quarter of a century from a single office in Birmingham with a handful of staff to a business employing more than 70 people across four offices in Birmingham, Nottingham, Worcester and Stoke.

More than 250 guests attended the silver anniversary event (More pictures below).

Neil Harris said: “We’re extremely proud to celebrate this landmark with our clients and colleagues to thank them for their support over the past 25 years. We’ve worked hard to grow Harris Lamb, and having endured two recessions and enhanced our business over that time, we really feel it’s a cause for celebration.”

Andy Lamb added: “It was a fantastic evening, it was brilliant to have so many people who we’ve worked with over the last 25 years in one room marking the achievement. I’m delighted it was such a success and that everyone took the time to celebrate with us.”

Harris Lamb acquired two further businesses as part of its growth programme in 2016; Malcolm Scott Consultants, of Worcester, and the Rating arm of Humberts, in Nottingham.

In January this year, it launched its graduate and apprenticeship programme as part of the business’ commitment to employee development.

The firm has also been shortlisted in the Medium Business category of this year’s West Midlands Business Masters awards.

The awards dinner takes place at Edgbaston Stadium on Thursday, June 8, and tickets are on sale now, priced £120+VAT or £1,100+VAT for a table of 10.
