Construction firm expansion marks largest M5 corridor deal this year

Building Seven, Quinton Business Park

A Birmingham business park has secured the largest office letting along the M5 corridor this year.

Lovell Construction has taken up a new lease on 10,053 sq ft at Building 7, Quinton Business Park in a deal brokered by Birmingham commercial property agency KWB. Harris Lamb advised Lovell Construction.

Part of Morgan Sindall, Lovell Construction will use the office space at Quinton Business Park as its new Midlands regional office, replacing its accommodation at Woodgate Business Park, Woodgate Valley, Birmingham, which KWB will now be bringing to the market.

At the same time as this deal, existing occupier Inrix has expanded into a further 7,038 sq ft of Grade A office space at Building 4, Quinton Business Park.

Mark Robinson, of KWB, said: “With its proximity to the M5 and easy access to the city centre, Quinton Business Park is one of Birmingham’s premier out of town business parks.  The park is close to securing 100% occupancy, with only one suite of 2,917 sq ft in Building 4 now available.

Quinton Business Park is home to a range of corporate occupiers including Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), Schoeller Allibert, Wates Construction, Genesys, Prater, QAD Software, VTG Rail, RPS Architects, Highways Agency and Serco.
