REI fills city centre property following new 10-year deal

Gateway House

Instant Managed Offices has agreed a lease on two floors of offices in Birmingham city centre.

The office provider has taken 7,607 sq ft at Real Estate Investors’ Gateway House on behalf of Capita, the business process management and outsourcing solutions group.

The 10-year deal, for an annual rental of £87,074, involves the second and sixth floors of the building at 50-53 High Street.

The new deal means Gateway House is now fully let.

Ian Clark, REI senior asset manager, said: “This latest letting once again reinforces the asset management strategy employed by REI (for) the 27,000 sq ft complex.”

Health food chain Holland & Barrett trades from the ground and first floors of the building.

Lambert Smith Hampton acted for REI on the latest letting.
