Bell Court

UK & European Investments has signed a deal with florist, Shabnam Ghezelbash, to open her second outlet in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Called Bardia’s, the florist will be a colourful addition to the new mixed-use Bell Court and will occupy the newly-built unit at the High Street entrance to the development.

Bardia’s will be the first ‘grab and go’ concept of Hidden Garden Floral Designs, which is located in Old Red Lion Court. Both shops are owned and managed by Ms Ghezelbash, who has more than 22 years’ experience in the industry.

John Stacey, Asset Management Director at UK & European Investments, said: “We specifically built the new unit at the High Street entrance to appeal to a local independent operator so we’re delighted to be welcoming Bardia’s into this space.

“Having a beautiful florist in that location will create a vibrant and welcoming entrance to Bell Court and provide yet another reason for people to visit and shop.”

The florist joins Italian wine café, Veeno, together with Miller and Carter, All Bar One and Byron as the latest tenants at Bell Court.
