Property Appointments: Colliers International; Vail Williams; Trebor Developments

Real estate advisor, Colliers International, has announced the appointment of Gary Bucknall as Associate Director in its UK Leisure Agency team in Birmingham.

The appointment builds on the team’s success in working with town centre, urban bars and leisure scheme clients.

Mr Bucknall, who has more than 12 years of experience in the industry, joins Colliers from his most recent role at GVA, where he was involved in leasing mandates on prominent schemes in Birmingham including The Mailbox and The Cube, as well as aspirational tenant rep disposal and acquisition instructions.

Richard Goodall

Vail Williams, has appointed Richard Goodall as Partner to its commercial property investment team in Birmingham.

Specialising in commercial property investment, acquisitions and disposals, property development funding and strategic portfolio advice, Mr Goodall joins from JLL where he was a Director of Capital Markets.

During his career he has been responsible for advising on a number of major investment deals, including the speculative funding of a new distribution warehouse in Stafford; the disposal of a pre-let purpose built medical centre in Stourbridge; and the sale of Quayside Tower in Birmingham’s Broad Street.

In his new role, he will be responsible for growing the firm’s property investment business throughout the Midlands area, and joins just as the team relocates from Brindleyplace to larger offices in Newhall Street.

James Drew

Trebor Developments has expanded its team with the appointment of James Drew as Development Manager.

Mr Drew  joins from AC Lloyd and has held previous positions at BNP Paribas and Cushman and Wakefield.

He will supplement the existing Trebor team, working on industrial, office, retail/roadside and mixed use schemes throughout the Midlands and in other key UK locations.
