Singing superstar Lady Gaga has announced the revised dates for the European leg of her Joanne World Tour – including two in Birmingham.

The singer had been due to perform two shows in the city this month – October 12 (Genting Arena) and 15 (Arena Birmingham – which was still known as the Barclaycard Arena when the show was announced).

However, promoter Live Nation revealed last month that the signer had had to pull out of the European dates due to ill health.

Following her recovery, Live Nation confirmed today that the European leg the Joanne World Tour had now been fully rescheduled for 2018.

The tour resumes in North America in November and December and reaches Europe on January 14 with a concert in Barcelona.

The Birmingham shows have been rescheduled for January 31, Arena Birmingham, and February 1, 2018, Genting Arena.

Tickets purchased for the original shows this month are still valid and the NEC Group has told ticketholders to retain them. However, it said if required, refunds could be obtained at point of purchase for a limited period.

Tickets for the newly announced Birmingham dates are now on general sale.
