Water services firm opens the taps on growth with £0.5m office purchase

Clearwater House

A water services and engineering company has expanded in Bromsgrove with the purchase of larger premises.

Already based in Bromsgrove, Watertight Management works with water companies, local councils, and individual commercial and domestic users to deliver civil engineering, clean and waste water projects.

It has relocated to Saxon Business Park after purchasing the freehold for Clearwater House, a 6,705 sq ft grade A warehouse with ground and first floor offices, for £580,000.

The sale was concluded by Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, acting on behalf of Clearwater Group.

“Industrial / warehouse units in Worcestershire continue to be highly sought after by growing businesses which want to benefit from the county’s location, positive economic performance and outlook, and flexible workforce,” said Mrs Green.
