Technology firm agrees Bromsgrove’s largest office let for two years

Java House

Technology company, RSM Partners, has completed the largest office let in Bromsgrove for more than two years.

The firm has agreed a 10-year lease on almost 6,000 sq ft of space at Java House, Aston Court, Bromsgrove Technology Park, a modern, purpose-built, two-storey, self-contained office building.

The deal sees it relocate from nearby offices in Buntsford Drive, Stoke Pound, as part of an ongoing expansion.

The firm provides IT support and software services for IBM mainframe computers to clients across the globe.

The letting was agreed by Birmingham commercial property agency KWB, which was marketing the site jointly with Redditch-based John Truslove.

Malcolm Jones, in KWB’s Office Agency Team, acting on behalf of the building’s owner, concluded a deal on the 5,988 sq ft space.

He said: “We are delighted to have secured the largest office letting in Bromsgrove in over two years.

“Office space in Bromsgrove of over 5,000 sq ft is now in extremely short supply, as businesses already based in the town want to remain here, while others are looking to move in.”
