“The world’s largest property event proved a success in showcasing opportunities for private and public partnerships to flourish The West Midlands is a location with ambition and a strong growth strategy – proven when the region unveiled its prospectus to offer up to £10 billion of investment opportunities.

“This is an exciting time for the Midlands, with the fantastic news that Birmingham has been awarded the 2022 Commonwealth Games and Coventry selected as the 2021 City of Culture. This will bring a further raft of opportunity including world class sports facilities and the athletes village in Perry Barr.

“I found it really positive and very useful. Although I went with specific objectives for the week, it was great to have the opportunity to broaden my own experience of the industry and to share information with such a diverse range of consultants and potential partners and clients.

“I travelled to Cannes with the belief that you get back what you put in, and that proved to be the case. I found the variety of events particularly appealing, which I think struck an excellent balance between the formal timetable of events and the more organic, informal social events.

“Pegasus Group is delivering market-leading advice on many major Midlands’ development projects. With three offices in the region, our services span the entire project process from planning through to design and delivery, ensuring we achieve optimal results for clients and local communities and we were delighted to be able to meet with potential partners.”
