Appointments: Sanderson Weatherall, Enoch Evans, Nock Deighton

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its Birmingham team with two appointments.

James Carver joins the firm’s agency team as an associate partner and Rob George joins as a surveyor where he will work predominantly within its valuation team.

Peter Fowles, head of Sanderson Weatherall’s Birmingham office said: “I am confident that they will enhance our combined knowledge, strengthening our offering and ultimately contributing to our continued growth in the region.”

Carver, who has previously worked at SDL Bigwood, Colliers and within Oxfam’s estates department, will have responsibility for Sanderson Weatherall’s agency instructions throughout the Midlands region.

George gained his chartered surveyor status in November 2017 whilst working at Hansteen Property Investments.

Walsall law firm Enoch Evans has welcomed senior solicitor Mursila Sohail to its expanding commercial property team.

She has spent two decades in the legal industry specialising in acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and landlord and tenant work.

Shropshire estate agents Nock Deighton has made changes to its senior management team to support its growth.

Director Michael Nettleton has been appointed as vice chairman of Nock Deighton and Ross D’Aniello, head of the agency’s Country Homes Department, has joined the board as sales and marketing director.
