Building supplies firm expands and creates 18 jobs

A building supplies firm has opened a new branch in Telford, creating 18 jobs.

Telford commercial property consultants Bulleys Bradbury assisted MKM Building Supplies to find the newly constructed 15,000 sq ft building on Ketley Business Park, owned by Parkhill Estates.

MKM, who has more than 50 branches across the UK, stocks timber, plumbing, heating products and other building supplies for traders and the general public.

Ketley Business Park includes industrial, office and storage space laid out in several self contained units.

Richard Bradbury, director Bulleys Bradbury, said: “Ketley Business Park is in an excellent location with road links that make it an easy journey for anyone in this part of the Midlands.

“This is exactly what MKM wanted, and the fact that it was a new-build as well made the deal a perfect one for them.”
