‘High demand’ for industrial space sparks two Bromsgrove deals

The freeholds of two industrial units at a business park in Bromsgrove have been acquired, underlining the high demand for industrial and warehouse property in the town, the agent acting on the deal has said.
Acting on behalf of the developer, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold a newly built 2,500 sq ft unit at One Maguire Court on Saxon Business Park to a private investor for £295,000.

Green also sold Unit C Harolds Court, a 2,587 sq ft industrial unit, to a private investor for £225,000.

Green said: “We had enormous interest in these two industrial units, with the Maguire Court unit effectively sold off plan, such is the desire for business owners and investors to purchase the freeholds of smaller industrial units.  This is the case throughout the whole of Worcestershire as there is a real shortage of industrial units for sale, but Bromsgrove is a real hot spot.  It’s no wonder, as the town is an excellent location for businesses with its first-rate communications and a flexible workforce.”
