Serviced office provider doubles Birmingham space

Serviced office provider iHub is to double the amount of space it has in Birmingham city centre after rapidly filling up this spring. It launched in March at Colmore Gate, having taken over the fourth floor, and was fully let within a month. iHub has now agreed a 10-year deal for the building's third floor at £25 per sq ft and has 70% of the 18,400 sq ft space pre-let.
